Aspen One in Aspen, CO seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring high guest service, staff training, and adherence to standards. The role reports to the Restaurant Manager.
You will supervise staff, coordinate with the kitchen, manage reservations, and ensure health and safety compliance. A bachelor's in hospitality and supervisory experience are preferred.

This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability tomaintainhigh standardsoffood quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. This position reports to the RestaurantManager.
