Condado Tacos is seeking expressive, knowledgeable, and hospitality-driven Assistant General Managers to support the General Manager. The primary focus is overseeing daily operations, staff, sales, and guest experience. Managers are expected to engage with all roles and actively support our teams.

Key daily focus areas include:

• Prioritizing guest experience
• Ensuring quality and presentation standards
• Setting the restaurant's vibe and standards
• Talent acquisition, training, and support
• Serving the community as friends and family
• Adhering to health and safety standards
• Controlling COGS, labor, and budgets
• Scheduling based on team strengths and business trends
• Collaborating on initiatives with GM
• Interviewing, hiring, and training new staff
• Handling HR and compliance issues
• Supervising side work and opening/closing duties
• Managing inventory and ordering
• Sampling food items and other duties as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• Passion for the industry with high service standards
• 1-2 years of full-service restaurant management experience
• Enthusiasm for tacos, tequila, and beer
• Willing to work nights & weekends
• Commitment to health and safety standards
• Familiarity with scheduling, POS, invoicing, and inventory systems (preferred)

Physical Requirements

Must be able to stand or walk for 4-8 hours, perform hand and wrist tasks, lift up to 25 pounds regularly, occasionally lift 25-50 pounds, and rarely lift over 50 pounds.
