Job summary

FORTH Hotel and Club in Atlanta is seeking a Restaurant Assistant General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and drive culinary excellence. You will lead a dynamic team, manage scheduling, and uphold brand standards in a fast‑paced hospitality setting.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of supervisory hotel F&B experience, strong communication, and a track record of staff development. Experience with MICROS POS and safety certifications is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of supervisory or management experience, hotel F&B preferred.
• Excellent communication with customers and team members.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience with scheduling, payroll and labor management.
• Serve Safe, TIPS or CARE Certification preferred; CPR preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years prior supervisory or management experience, prior hotel F&B experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other Team Members.
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Strong associate relations skills, and good conflict resolutions skills
• Prior cash handling experience
• Experience with scheduling, payroll and labor management
• Experience with MICROS POS system
• Prior Serve Safe Certification preferred
• TIPS or CARE CERTIFICATION
• CPR Certification preferred
• Must be able to obtain a Hepatitis A within 10 days of hire
• Able to work AM and PM Shifts
