FORTH Hotel and Club in Atlanta seeks a Restaurant Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, uphold service excellence, and elevate guest dining experiences. This role sits within Davidson Hospitality Group's portfolio, offering the energy of a bold, hospitality-focused team in a vibrant city setting.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with culinary teams, manage payroll and scheduling, and ensure safety standards while delivering memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years prior supervisory or management experience, hotel F&B preferred.
• Effective communication with customers and Team Members.
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Strong associate relations skills, and good conflict resolutions skills
• Prior cash handling experience
• Experience with scheduling, payroll and labor management
• Experience with MICROS POS system
• Prior Serve Safe Certification preferred
• TIPS or CARE Certification
• CPR Certification preferred
• Must be able to obtain a Hepatitis A within 10 days of hire
• Able to work AM and PM Shifts.
