Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • The Restaurant Assistant General Manager reports to the Restaurant General Manager and supports the restaurant's staff by overseeing daily operations to ensure an excellent guest experience.
  • Oversees and ensures proper training of all Food & Beverage personnel following White Lodging guidelines.
  • Monitors communication, morale, and motivation among all F&B staff.
  • Ensures food, liquor, wine, and beverage costs align with budget expectations.
  • Oversees Food and Beverage operations during meal periods, ensuring service tasks are performed according to brand standards.
  • Assists with or provides accurate weekly forecasts to facilitate planning and scheduling for optimal guest satisfaction.
  • Performs any additional duties as required by the Restaurant General Manager.

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience; experience with the specific brand or upscale properties is a plus.
