Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living in Tinton Falls, NJ, is seeking an Assistant General Manager of Dining Services to lead dining room, café and kitchen operations, ensuring high service standards and resident satisfaction. The AGM will oversee scheduling, training, coaching and development of restaurant staff, manage multiple venues, and ensure safety and quality control.

A minimum of 3 years in dining room management is required, with weekend availability.

Location: Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as an Assistant General Manager of Dining Services at Seabrook, a Continuing Care Retirement Community in Tinton Falls, NJ. As the AGM, you'll lead a passionate team, oversee dining room and café operations, and support all aspects of mealtime service. You'll ensure the overall efficiency of the kitchen, café, and dining rooms, making a meaningful impact on our team members and residents while advancing your career with us.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience from $55,000-$60,000 annually, plus bonus opportunity up to 8%.

This is a full-time, benefits eligible role requiring weekdays and every other weekend.

• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
