Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction

• Lead, train, and manage front-of-house staff to uphold service standards

• Assistwith scheduling, inventory, budgeting, and cost control

• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies

• Collaborationwith the General Manager and culinary team on promotions and service enhancements

WhatWe’reLooking For

• We do require a backgroundof general food and beverage knowledge, including at least2yearsof front-of-house operations and/or assistant management positions in a hotel or resort setting are preferred.

• Prior restaurant experience in a full-service restaurant and staff supervisory experienceare necessary. It is preferred that you have at least 2 years of related experience.

• Experience in P&L management, budgeting, and controlling labor/food costs.

• Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling software, inventory tools, and reporting dashboards.
