Job summary

Red Robin in Plymouth, MA is seeking a Restaurant Assistant General Manager to collaborate with the Restaurant Managing Partner on daily operations, uphold brand standards, and deliver exceptional hospitality to guests and team members.

As a true second in charge, you will lead a skilled team, manage cost centers, drive continuous improvement, and champion our culture. Requires 2 years of management experience and proficiency with Excel, Outlook and Word.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Open Availability (including nights, weekends, holidays).
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate team dedicated to execution, hospitality, and service.
• Strong P&L knowledge.
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word.
• Preferred knowledge of local and state health codes.

Restaurant Assistant General Manager

Compensation Range: 60,500.00 - 77,550.00

The Restaurant Assistant General Manager position is responsible for partnering with the Restaurant Managing Partner for seamless day-to-day operations with an unwavering commitment to excellence. As a Brand ambassador and a true second in charge, they uphold company standards, oversee cost centers and create an unparalleled and memorable experience for our Guests and Team Members. The Assistant General Manager is a culture champion for our people and strives for continuous improvement while embracing the better for being here mentality.

Qualifications
