Red Robin is seeking a Restaurant Assistant General Manager to partner with the Managing Partner for seamless day-to-day operations and uphold our standards of excellence. You will oversee cost centers, drive a memorable guest and Team Member experience, and act as a culture champion for our people.

Pay ranges from $55,000 to $70,500 with uncapped bonus opportunities, referral bonuses, free shift meals and generous discounts for family.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Open availability (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a team.
• Strong P&L knowledge.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Outlook & Word.
• Preferred: Knowledge of local/state health codes.
• Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot schedules.
• Experience managing a team.
