Job Description:

• Compensation ranges from $58,000 USD to $70,000 USD per year.

Restaurant & Operations Manager: provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed guest expectations.

• You can handle high-volume days, walk five miles per shift, and work an average of 50 hours per week.

Requirements:

• 21+ years of age.
• At least 2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience.
• Proficient in managing costs of goods sold and labor.
• Ability to lead a team to create memorable guest experiences.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distractions.

Additional Information:

Salary Range: $58,629 - $68,976.
