Title: Restaurant and Events Shift Manager

Responsibilities:

·Maintain excellence in the preparation and delivery of all food and beverage offerings

·Ensure guest satisfaction

·Maintain a high degree of cleanliness and sanitation within the restaurant, and dining area

·Assist in training and supervising all dining and event personnel

·Dining personnel includes; restaurant waitstaff, bussers, expedite, food runners and hosts/greeters.

·Assist in coordinating and managing birthday party requests and reservations, banquets, and all events.

·Ensure smooth operation of banquets, corporate outings, group outings.

Requirements:

Experience Required:

·Night Shift required

·Minimum of 2+ years service experience in restaurant, hospitality, sports/entertainment venue business preferred

·Minimum of 2+ years management experience

·Catering and event experience is a plus

·Must be a minimum of 21+ years of age

·A proven ability to supervise effectively

·Ability to lead others to success

·Ability to teach, communicate, and positively motivate

·Ability to work in fast-paced, stressful environment
