Looking to break into the bar business? The Barback is the perfect entry-level opportunity to gain experience.

Every Bartender and Restaurant Server needs a capable assistant to support them behind the bar and in the restaurant. Tasks include:

  • Prepare and set-up restaurant/bar for daily service.
  • Monitor and maintain stock of ice, juice, liquor, beer, and wine.
  • Cut and stock garnishes for drinks.
  • Ensure bar and restaurant areas are clean and organized.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous bartending experience is a plus but not necessary. Must be able to think quickly and handle high-pressure situations.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, walk, bend, twist, climb stairs, and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
