Job summary

IEWC is seeking a Machine Operator to join our Distribution Warehouse team in New Berlin, WI. The role focuses on receiving, handling, processing, and shipping customer materials, and converting inventory to customer products using respooling machines.

Responsibilities include reviewing orders in SAP, operating respooling equipment, packaging for shipment, and maintaining a safe, clean workspace in line with IEWC 5S standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3+ years of related experience preferred.
• Ability to use SAP software and basic company systems.
• Physical ability to meet job demands, including lifting up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Review product details for each order using SAP.
• Validate materials with RF Scanner, Caliper and micrometer.
• Set up respooling machines per order and run to IEWC standards.
• Prepare packaging for shipment and return unused product to inventory.
• Report damages or discrepancies to appropriate personnel; perform maintenance as needed.
• Meet or exceed daily production targets and follow safety rules.
