Job summary

IEWC is seeking a DC Operator Level I to join our distribution team. This entry-level role handles receiving, processing, and shipping customer materials while upholding ISO procedures and safety standards.

You will support 5S housekeeping, cross-train across DC functions, and communicate professionally to teammates. A high school diploma or GED and minimal manufacturing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School graduate (or GED) with 3+ months manufacturing or distribution experience.
• Ability to understand written instructions and carry out detailed but uninvolved tasks.
• Proficient with Windows-based computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Meet DC expectations for all job functions as directed by supervisor.
• Follow ISO procedures and 5S standards in the workspace.
• Assemble spools and perform minor repairs to equipment as needed.
• Maintain safe work practices and communicate professionally with teammates.
