Now Hiring for: 3rd Shift (M-F 11:30pm-8:00am)**Key Responsibilities:*** Operate and monitor plastic extrusion machines for thermocouple wire insulation.* Set up extrusion equipment, including dies, feeds, and temperature controls, to meet product specifications.* Inspect wire for proper dimensions, surface quality, and consistency throughout production runs.* Perform regular quality checks using micrometers, gauges, and visual inspection.* Troubleshoot equipment issues, adjust machine settings, and resolve production problems as needed.* Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.* Document production data, machine settings, and quality results accurately.* Collaborate with supervisors and maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow.* Assist in preventive maintenance and minor machine repairs if required.* Uphold company standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.**Qualifications:*** Minimum **2+ years of extrusion machine operation experience**, preferably in wire or cable manufacturing.* Strong knowledge of extrusion processes, thermoplastics, and material handling.* Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and safe machine operation.* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.* Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.* Ability to work efficiently and effectively, both independently, and collaboratively.* Attention to detail.* Teamwork and communication skills* Physical stamina and strength* High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus.**Physical Requirements:*** Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.* Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.* Comfortable working around machinery, heat, and noise (with proper PPE provided).**3rd Shift work week starts on Monday- Friday / Hours are 11:30PM – 8:00AM****Paid Training will be from 7:30AM-4:00PM OR 3:30PM-12:00AM.
