Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Sponsorship is not available for this internship
• Must be located in one of the allowed internship states during the internship period
• Undergraduate student who has completed at least two years of study, or a graduate student pursuing a relevant degree
• Experience or demonstrated interest in responsible investing, climate/sustainability, or related field
• Ability to conduct and synthesize market research efficiently
• Ability to use AI-enabled research tools responsibly
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English
• Experience with sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., SASB, GRI) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support research and analysis on social impact from investments
• Prepare thought leadership pieces and internal reports
• Engage with portfolio companies on responsible investing topics
• Conduct market research and synthesize findings for internal use
