Qualifications

• Extensive, real‑world experience applying advanced ML methods to production systems.
• Strong track record in responsible technology — fairness, ethics, and societal considerations.
• 2+ years in engineering teams that build ML‑driven user‑facing products.
• Masters or PhD in CS or related field.

Responsibilities

• Execute projects in the responsible AI frontier to identify, avoid, and mitigate bias across ML applications.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams to adopt Responsible AI practices and fairness tooling.
• Mentor junior engineers on the R‑AI space across the company.
• Define and drive technical strategy in this area.
