GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Response Security Officer in Oakland, CA. You will adapt to changing missions, perform patrols, monitor premises, and verify identities while delivering customer service and ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1 year of security officer experience required
• Valid CA Driver's License
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State security license (GUARD CARD) and 32hr BSIS trainings required or obtainable during hiring

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols on foot or in a vehicle to spot suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
