Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Response Security Officer in Ontario, CA. The role varies daily—from customer service to patrols and surveillance—with agility and precision.

You must be eligible to work in the U.S., 21+, with a HS diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and BSIS Guard Card with 32 hours of training; security, military or law enforcement experience is a plus. Uniform provided, benefits offered, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience preferred
• State BSIS Guard Card with 32hr trainings (training can be obtained during hiring)

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
