GardaWorld Security Services in Cloquet, MN, is seeking a casual Response Security Officer – Response for a temporary assignment from September 30, 2026, for two to three weeks. Multiple shifts are available: 1st shift 7 a.m.–3 p.m., 2nd shift 3 p.m.–11 p.m., and 3rd shift 11 p.m.–7 a.m., plus weekend options.

Duties include patrols, access control, incident response, and reporting. Requirements include US work authorization, a high school diploma or GED, ability to pass extensive screening, and

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
