GardaWorld Security Services U.S. is hiring a casual Security Officer – Response to adapt across missions, events, and shifts. The role includes patrols, access control, incident response, and strong customer service.

As a Response Security Guard, you’ll vary day-to-day, joining a team that values agility, thorough reporting, and coordination with authorities. A HS diploma, U.S. work authorization, and successful screening are required.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
