GardaWorld Security Services in Crawfordsville, IN is hiring a Response Security Officer to join our security team for the 3rd shift, 8 p.m. to 4 a.m., Saturday through Monday.

You will perform patrols, monitor access, and provide customer service while maintaining safety. This role requires the ability to think quickly, adapt to changing situations, and pass a thorough screening; a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Strong problem solving skills
• Security/Military/Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• Valid Driver's License is required

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
