Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Security Officer – Response to join our North Las Vegas team. The role adapts daily between customer service, patrols, and surveillance with emphasis on fast, accurate responses and strict access control.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of security experience or equivalent Military/Law Enforcement, a valid PILB, and be able to obtain CPR/AED certification within one week of offer. Uniforms are provided and benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Must provide excellent customer service at client sites.
• Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site.
• Respond quickly to critical situations.
• Maintain access control and screen guests, employees, vendors and other visitors.
• Patrol grounds by car, golf cart, or on foot as required.

As a Security Officer – Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

Responsibilities For Response Security Guard

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
• Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site.
• Respond quickly to critical situations.
• You provide critical access control screening guests, employees, vendors, and other visitors upon entry and exit
• You provide extra security patrolling the grounds inside and outside of the facility by car, golf cart, and/or foot.
• You have excellent ability to read and write detailed reports.
• You enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards.
• You are proficient in working with electronics.
• You are able to maintain vehicles and other assigned equipment; and follow proper procedures.
• You are certified in the areas of CPR/AED or can obtain them after an offer within 2 weeks or less.

Qualifications For Response Security Guard

• You are able to multitask and work well under pressure.
• You are at least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements.
• You have a valid driver's license.
• You have at least 1 year security experience in a fast-paced environment, or equal Military/Law Enforcement.
• You have a valid PILB in hand.
• You have at least a copy of your High School Diploma or GED in hand.
• You have or can obtain a certification in CPR/AED in 1 week of an offer.
• You are authorized to work in U.S.
