GardaWorld Security is seeking a Response Security Officer in Baltimore, MD. The role adapts daily between customer service, patrols, and surveillance, requiring agility and precision. You will monitor premises, control access, and respond to incidents while delivering service with security.

A strong screening process and a valid driver’s license are required. This position offers a set part-time schedule, weekend availability, and a competitive hourly wage with benefits, PTO, and opportunities

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• Able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – a plus
• State security license required
• 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations

• You have a state security license
• You are 21 years of age or older
• You have a valid driver's license
