Job summary

Creative Options, Inc. in Maryland is seeking a Respite DSP to provide 24-hour, community-based crisis prevention and intervention services for individuals with developmental disabilities, in a 2:1 staffing ratio.

The role emphasizes person-centered supports and meaningful daily life activities within the local system of care. The candidate will need current CMT, First Aid, CPR, MANDT, and DDA trainings, a Human Service degree or 5+ years in behavioral health, be 21+, and hold a MD driver’s

Creative Options, Inc. is a non-profit organization who provides supports to people with development disabilities. We are looking to hire for our Behavior Respite Services; 24- hour, community-based crisis prevention and intervention services to people with intellectual and development disabilities in a 2:1 staffing ratio. Services will promote the development of quality services in the context of the local system of care.

Requirements

• Behavioral tech and ABA training preferred but not required
• Data driven and detailed oriented
• Skilled in Behavior Support Plan (BSP) implementation strategies
