Job summary

Child and Family Focus is seeking Respite Caregivers in Bucks, Chester and Delaware Counties to provide hourly relief for families with a child who has a mental health diagnosis. Work is in families' homes on a part-time, fee-for-service basis.

Compensation is $18–$20 per hour with after-hours on-call support and potential yearly bonuses contingent on performance and family feedback. Clearances and background checks are required for approval.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Background checks, clearances, drug screenings, and other documentation required for approval.
• Experience or understanding of special health needs in children is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide hourly relief for parents.
• Provide care to children in their own homes.
• Create a fun and safe environment for the child.
• Apply Trauma-Informed Care principles: Safety, Trustworthiness, Choice, Collaboration, Empowerment.
