Job summary

Child and Family Focus, Inc. is seeking Respite Caregivers to provide temporary in-home childcare for families raising a child with a mental health diagnosis in Bucks, Chester, and Delaware Counties.

This is a part-time, fee-for-service, independent contractor position with hourly compensation. Caregivers will relay relief for parents, ensure a safe and engaging environment, and follow Trauma-Informed Care principles.

Qualifications

• Respite Caregivers must be 18 years or older.
• Experience with children and mental health settings preferred.
• Willingness to undergo background checks, clearances, and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide hourly relief for parents.
• Provide care to children in their own homes.
• Create a fun and safe environment for the young person.
