We are looking for a respite care provider for our 21-year-old daughter. Our daughter has a diagnosis of autism, so experience with individuals with special needs is preferred but not required.
She enjoys being out in the community and participating in various events around the Madison area. She also enjoys travelling to new cities around Wisconsin. This job would involve hanging out with our daughter and taking her out in the community to do the activities she loves. In the summer this usually means going to different libraries and checking out their events. She enjoys planning her days, so someone who can be flexible and "go with the flow" would do well in this role.
A driver's license is required for this role, as our daughter will need to be driven to various community events. The times and days are very flexible to accommodate your scheduling needs. We live on the west side of Madison, with access to the main bus line.

-Undergraduate or graduate student
-Experience working with individuals with special needs is preferred but not required
