Job summary

Saratoga Medical Center, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Respite Care/Home Health Aide for a full-time position at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA.

You will support daily activities and provide compassionate care to individuals with complex medical needs in a military community setting. Responsibilities include assisting with feeding, hygiene, mobility, administering medications, and maintaining accurate documentation while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in special needs care or a relevant degree/certification (CNA, LPN, RN).
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• TB test clearance and ability to pass background checks.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, empathetic demeanor.
