Job summary

Saratoga Medical Center seeks a dedicated Respite Care/Home Health Aide to provide compassionate support for individuals with complex medical needs at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD and other assigned locations across the U.S.

Responsibilities include daily care tasks, medication administration, documentation, and collaboration with families and care teams to ensure safety and regulatory compliance. CPR/First Aid certification caregivers preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in special needs care (or relevant degree/certification: CNA, LPN, RN)
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• TB test clearance and ability to pass background checks
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, empathetic demeanor

• Support daily activities including feeding, dressing, hygiene, and mobility
• Administer medications and operate specialized medical equipment (e.g., feeding pumps, suction devices)
• Provide care for individuals with complex medical conditions
