Trusted Health seeks an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a travel assignment in Michigan. This role features night shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) and requires an AS degree with licensure, Flu vaccination after submission, and an Epic system background. CRT credentials are not accepted.

Candidates should have 18+ months of RT experience, NICU and pediatric ICU skills, ABG competency, and the ability to cover varied unit assignments. Travel assignment with 13 weeks expected.

Qualifications

• Two years of recent Respiratory Therapist experience.
• NICU training and experience, plus additional pediatric ICU skills.
• 1.5+ years of experience in an ICU/Floor setting required.
• ABG competency is required.

Responsabilités

• Provides life-support, resuscitation, monitoring, and various medical gas therapies to patients.
• Performs invasive and non-invasive diagnostic procedures for patients in Intensive Care and General Practice Units.
• May supervise, direct, and delegate to respiratory therapists, respiratory orientees, externs, and students, as assigned.

Shift:

7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 18 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 3 months of Epic experience is required.
• AS completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

• Bachelors in Respiratory Therapy preferred.

Unit Details:

Provides life-support, resuscitation, monitoring, and various medical gas therapies to patients. May supervise, direct, and delegate to respiratory therapists, respiratory orientees, externs, and students, as assigned. Equipment includes the Puritan 980 machine, Hamilton Transport, and Servo U.

Floating Requirements:

Departmental assignments may occur across various business units, as assigned.

• Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required
