Trusted Health is seeking a travel NICU allied health professional for a 13-week assignment in Edmonds, WA. The role requires night scheduling (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM) and the ability to float to multiple units with facility-specific onboarding and health document requirements.

Candidates should have at least 12 months of experience, including recent work, and be licensed upon submission. NICU experience is preferred, and vaccines are required after submission.

Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements

• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.
• Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Required Credentials

Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests

RTO must be listed at time of submission. All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. Previous permanent employees of any Providence-affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a minimum of 3 months to qualify for a travel position.

Unit Details

A Level 2 NICU is available.

Shift & Scheduling

No call required. Overtime shifts may be available. Every other weekend.

5 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
