Elevate Care Des Plaines is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide daily resident care in our Respiratory Unit. Join a compassionate team dedicated to safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Active CNA Certification (State-approved).

• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Direct Resident Care – assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding).
• Monitor & Report Changes – observe resident conditions and alert nurses.
• Ensure Comfort & Safety – maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment.
• Engage with Residents – offer companionship and emotional support.
• Follow Care Plans – work with nurses to deliver quality care.
