Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a Respiratory Therapy Supervisor to lead a team providing advanced respiratory care and patient treatments in our inpatient setting. You will guide therapy plans, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality, compassionate care that supports patient recovery.

The role requires licensure, CPR, and preferred ACLS, with a background in hospital respiratory therapy and prior supervisory experience.

Qualificações

• Current State License in Respiratory Therapy.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Associate's degree or higher from an accredited respiratory therapy program.
• Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred.
• Supervisor or management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care using medical gas and breathing therapy modalities.
• Supervise caring teams, assess patients, create and adjust personalized care plans.
• Build strong patient relationships to support physical, emotional, and recovery goals.
• Celebrate patient victories and drive continuous care improvements.
