Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Respiratory Therapy Supervisor to lead inpatient respiratory care, supervise breathing treatments, and guide patient assessments and care plans.

You’ll build meaningful patient relationships, collaborate with a skilled team, and utilize cutting-edge technology. Active RT license, CPR, and ACLS preferred; associate degree or higher required, with 2 years hospital experience and supervisory background encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Respiratory Therapy license (State).
• CPR certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Associate degree or higher from an accredited RT program.
• 2 years hospital Respiratory Therapy experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care with medical gas, breathing therapy modality, and medication.
• Supervise care and breathing treatments, lead patient assessments and care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients to support recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories and outcomes along the way.
