HCA HealthONE Aurora is seeking a Supervisor to lead daily respiratory therapy operations, staff development, and ongoing quality improvement. You will assist the department Manager/Director in their absence and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires leadership abilities, effective communication, and a track record of developing top performers while maintaining staffing and compliance with hospital standards.

Qualificações

• Current Colorado State Respiratory License.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC).
• Current PALS and ACLS.
• Membership in professional organization preferred (AARC/NBRC).

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations, staff development, and quality monitoring.
• Supervise department staff and shifts; coordinate with clinical teams.
• Develop performance improvement initiatives at the hospital level.
• Assist Manager/Director in their absence and other duties as assigned.
