Job summary

Havasu Regional Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Respiratory Therapy Supervisor for full-time day shifts in Lake Havasu City, AZ. The role focuses on supervising staff, maintaining quality patient care, and leading complex issue resolution.

The ideal candidate holds an associate degree in respiratory therapy with active CRT/RRT license, BCLS, and preferred ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications.

Qualifications

• Current CRT or RRT license in state of practice.
• BCLS required.
• ACLS preferred.
• PALS preferred.
• NRP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily staff activities for an assigned area or functions.
• Coordinate and supervise daily staffing assignments and levels.
• Provide direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
• Perform or assist with performance evaluation and disciplinary actions.
• Assess and ensure quality of services delivered and staff development programs.
• Ensure staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Perform staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels.
• Lead the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.
