Job summary

Qualifications

• NBRC RRT license and current state licensure required.
• BLS certification required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years technical Respiratory Therapy experience and 2 years managerial experience.
• Excellent leadership and interdepartmental communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Respiratory Therapy staff and supervise two therapists.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission regulations and safety standards.
• Develop and implement department goals and budgets.
• Provide operational, financial and clinical leadership.
• Collaborate with nursing, medical staff and external partners.
• Participate in quality improvement and process optimization.
