Resolve Diamondback in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapy Lead/Supervisor to oversee daily respiratory therapy operations, mentor staff, and ensure delivery of high-quality care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical leadership, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with nursing, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to drive patient outcomes and participate in ongoing staff education and quality

Qualifications

• RRT credential preferred.
• Experience in respiratory therapy, preferably in skilled nursing or post-acute care.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to work with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and clinical support to respiratory therapy staff.
• Oversee daily respiratory therapy operations and ensure efficient workflow.

Position Overview

The Respiratory Therapy Lead/Supervisor will oversee daily respiratory therapy operations, support respiratory staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality respiratory care. The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader who thrives in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, guidance, and clinical support to respiratory therapy staff.
• Oversee daily respiratory therapy operations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Assist with staff training, onboarding, and ongoing education.
• Monitor respiratory care practices to ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and maintain high standards of respiratory care.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing coordination, and departmental needs.

Qualifications

• RRT credential preferred.
• Experience in respiratory therapy, preferably within skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute rehabilitation.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
