Qualifications

• Active enrollment in an accredited Respiratory Care program.
• Current Temporary Educational Permit (Respiratory Student License) from the state board.
• Licensure must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under physicians and licensed respiratory care practitioners.
• Assist in respiratory therapy treatments and procedures.
• Monitor and document patient responses to therapy.
• Support patient and family education efforts.
• Maintain organized electronic health record documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams.
