The Clinical Specialist is responsible for the orientation and continued education for the team members within RHS, and is also responsible for scheduling in-services, scheduling orientation for new employees and students, chairing key committees and assisting in annual competencies for staff members. Adheres to assuring safe practices as set forth by the National Patient Safety Goals and supports best practices as recommended by the American Association for Respiratory Care. **What you will do** * Serves as an on-site resource to the team and functions as a liaison with other departments within the System.* Responsible for staff orientation and continued education.
