This position requires a licensed professional responsible for setting up and monitoring various respiratory care equipment to support patients recovering from respiratory diseases. The therapist will work under supervision and collaborate with medical staff, ensuring patient safety, maintaining equipment, and documenting health records. Certification in BLS and ACLS is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a Respiratory Practitioner in Kentucky.
• Must hold BLS upon hire and obtain ACLS certification within 90 days.
• Maintain licenses and certification for duration of employment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate respiratory care equipment.
• Provide care for adult and geriatric patients.
• Monitor ventilators and participate in weaning process.
• Document treatments and patient responses accurately.
