Job summary

Seacrest Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality respiratory care across hospital, home, and school-based settings. You will assess, treat, and monitor patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions, administer therapies, manage ventilators, and perform diagnostic tests.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate treatment, educate patients and families, and ensure strict adherence to safety and documentation

Qualifications

• Strong clinical assessment and respiratory therapy skills.
• Experience managing ventilated patients and delivering appropriate therapies.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Clear communication and patient/family education skills.
• Detail-oriented documentation and adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ respiratory status and monitor responses to therapy.
• Administer treatments and manage ventilator support.
• Perform and assist with diagnostic testing.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and respiratory techniques.
• Maintain strict compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and documentation requirements.
