A Day in the Life

This role involves shift coordination, supervision, maintaining care continuity through reports, resource management, performance reviews, and equipment oversight. It includes delivering comprehensive respiratory care within a multidisciplinary team, maintaining proficiency across neonatal, pediatric, and adult care as appropriate.

Requirements
  • Current Indiana Respiratory Care Practitioner licensure
  • Graduation from an accredited respiratory care program (CoARC and regional accreditation)
  • Pass N.B.R.C. exam within 13 months of hire
  • Healthcare Provider BLS certification; additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP) preferred
  • 3-5 years of respiratory care experience (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and independent judgment
