• Weekend Rotation (Typically Every 4th Weekend)
• Holiday Rotation
• Sign-On Bonus for Eligible Candidates

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner from Indiana
• Graduation from an accredited respiratory care program (CoARC and regional accreditation)
• Pass the NBRC registry exam within 13 months of hire
• Healthcare Provider BLS certification; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, NRP are preferred
• 3-5 years of respiratory care experience (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and incorporate evidence-based practice
