Job Description

• Provide independent patient care, including routine and complex treatments, while managing long-term goals and contingencies.
• Deliver care aligned with ANA standards, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation, addressing psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol, monitor effects, document care, and educate patients and families.
• Require a BSN (preferred), 1+ year of related experience, BLS, RN license, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Attend orientation, complete competency validations, and obtain required certifications within specified grace periods.
