Regency Hospital in Sylvania, OH seeks a Respiratory Therapist to provide expert respiratory care during full-time night shifts. You will evaluate patients, implement care plans, and support quality improvement in a post-ICU setting.

Required NBRC credentials, valid state license, BLS, and ACLS within 6 months. Sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Active CRT or RRT credential from NBRC or state equivalent required.
• Proof of graduation with college or high school transcript/diploma or GED.
• Current BLS certification required by start date; ACLS within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and determine appropriate respiratory therapy plan.
• Provide respiratory care for critical and complex medical/surgical cases.
• Insert and remove endotracheal tubes as needed.
• Promote continuous quality improvement.
• Educate and counse l patients and families.

Position: Respiratory Therapist (RT)

Location: Sylvania, OH

Schedule: Full-Time Nights (6:00pm - 6:30am; 12-Hour Shifts)Compensation: $33.34 to $45.00 Per Hour; Based on years of experience and shift differentials on nights and weekends

Sign-on bonus: $15,000

*This position requires the ability to pick up shifts at both our Toledo and Oregon locations, as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

• Must possess "Active" CRT or RRT credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or state equivalent.
• Proof of graduation required: college transcript/diploma (preferred) or high school transcript/diploma or GED.
• Possess a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date.
• Current state licensure is required.
• ACLS is required within 6 months of hire. (Agency RT must have ACLS upon first shift, PRN staff must have ACLS upon hire).

Preferred qualifications:

• One (1) year of related experience is preferred.
