Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking Per-Diem Respiratory Therapists to join our Respiratory Team in Voorhees, NJ. The role offers a flexible schedule with 12-hour shifts, days, nights, and weekends.

You will operate and maintain respiratory care equipment, assess patients, develop treatment plans, document care, and coordinate with families and the interdisciplinary team. NJ licensure, CRT/RRT, CPR certification, and pediatric experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current NJ licensure in Respiratory Care.
• CRT or RRT credential.
• Current/Active CPR Certification (AHA or ARC).
• Pediatric healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and utilize respiratory care equipment to support safe patient care.
• Evaluate patients to identify needs and develop treatment plans.
• Provide developmentally appropriate care in collaboration with families and team.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment based on assessments.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with regulations.
• Communicate with patients, families, staff and outside professionals while promoting safety and confidentiality.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and staff development.
• Demonstrate organization and time management in a safe, clean work environment.
• Occasionally relocate to Weisman Children's Hospital to provide services.

Compensation: $45 per hour

As a RespiratoryTherapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Effectively operating, maintaining,and utilizing respiratory care equipment to support safe and appropriatepatient/resident care.
• Evaluating patients to identifyfunctional needs and developing appropriate treatment recommendations andintervention plans.
• Providing individualized,developmentally appropriate care and treatment in collaboration withpatients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Monitoring patient progress andadjusting treatment, equipment, and interventions based on ongoingassessment and clinical needs.
• Maintaining accurate and timelyclinical documentation while complying with applicable regulations,facility policies, and professional standards.
• Communicating effectively withpatients, families, staff, and outside professionals while promotingsafety, confidentiality, teamwork, and a family-centered approach to care.
• Participating in qualityimprovement activities, staff development, continuing education, anddepartment initiatives to support high-quality patient/resident care.
• Demonstrating effectiveorganization, time management, and resource management while maintaining asafe, clean, and professional work environment.

Position Requirements:

• Current NJ licensure inRespiratory Care.
• CRT or RRT credential

• Previous Pediatric Healthcareexperience, preferred.
