How you'll contribute

• Examines patients with breathing related conditions and conducts diagnostic testing.
• Consults with physicians to develop and implement a treatment plan for the patient.
• Performs physiotherapy and other treatments.
• Teaches patients to use medication.

What we're looking for

Applicants should be Licensed as a Respiratory Therapist by the VA Board of Health Professions and in good standing with the board.

• Basic Life Support certification is required upon hire.
• ACLS and PALS are required within 90 days of hire.
• 1 year of hospital-based experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred.
• NRP within 6 months of hire.
