Banner Health is seeking a PRN Registered Respiratory Therapist at Banner Churchill Community Hospital in Fallon, Nevada. You will join a team delivering respiratory care across a variety of settings, including ventilator management and diagnostic testing, on 12-hour shifts to cover PTO and sick time.
The role requires NBRC RRT certification, Nevada license, and BLS. You will assess patients, collaborate with physicians and staff, and may supervise others as needed.

As a Registered Respiratory Therapist at Banner Churchill, you will be part of a team that consists of highly engaged individuals who work well together to meet the needs of the patient You will be offering a wide range of programs and services to aid in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of illness in all stages of life, from infant to geriatric. As our PRN RRT, you will be working on an as needed basis, with 12-hour shifts to fill in when needed for PTO and Sick Time.

DP - Typical Direct Patient Care environment: (Nutrition Rep, Chaplain, RN) Able to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and stretch frequently. Possess physical agility and adequate reaction time to respond quickly and appropriately to unexpected patient care needs. Needs adequate hearing and visual acuity, including adequate color vision. Requires fine motor skills, adequate eye-hand coordination, and ability to grasp and handle objects. Able to use proper body mechanics to assist patients in ambulating, transferring in and out of bed, chair or wheelchair. May be required to lift up to 75 pounds. Must use standard precautions due to threat of exposure to blood and bodily fluids. Needs ability to communicate effectively through reading, writing, and speaking in person or on telephone. May require periodic use of personal computer.
Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
